The article is devoted to showing that Christianity owes a number of its basic tenets to ancient Greek philosophy. The author discussed briefly the concept of God, the soul, natural knowledge, astronomy, ethics, anthropology and practical technology as examples. He also claims that Egyptians and later, the nation of Judea, acquired knowledge of ancient Greek philosophy through a variety of means, and incorporated it in their teachings.
