Summary - Description:
The article argues that the calendar reformation and the establishment of a set date for Easter is yet another way through which the Catholic Church tries to subdue the Eastern Church. To prove the arguments used by the Catholic Church wrong, the author shows that the Church of Alexandreia did not submit to Rome for approval the date of Easter and that the First Council of Nicaea showed a total disregard for the same issue.
